Hello! I am Hailey Sattler, AMFT, APCC, and I am an associate therapist at Restored Pathways.
I specialize in working with children, teens and young adult adults who are navigating identity, self-worth, anxiety, life, transitions, and relationship challenges. Whether you’re a young person, figuring out who you are, a teen struggling with confidence and social pressure or a college student feeling overwhelmed by expectations, I am here to support you with warmth, insight, and curiosity.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, unsure of who they are or where they’re going. You might be second-guessing your decisions, feeling stuck in your relationships, or questioning the values and roles that used to feel certain. This can be especially common during life transitions—graduating, starting a new career, ending a relationship, or just noticing that life feels heavier than it used to. I offer both in person therapy sessions in Tustin, California and virtual sessions for clients across California. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for you or your child to explore thoughts and emotions without judgment while developing the tools and confidence to move forward and in a way that feels true and empowering.
My therapeutic style is person centered, strength based and insight oriented. I believe healing starts with understanding and self compassion and I work collaboratively with each client to build trust, self-awareness and practical coping strategies that foster resilience and emotional well-being.
